Children At-Promise ELC has been a trusted leader in early childhood education and childcare for the past 20 years. We serve infants, toddlers, preschool, pre k. Our mission at Children At-Promise is to daily surround your child in a safe, secure, caring, and loving learning environment. In our program children will explore, interact, and build life long skills. Our program will enable children to become independent, responsible, and confident; ready for success in school. We see each child as a promise full of potential.
Our Educational Philosophy
Our Infant through Pre-K God centered educational philosophy is an active learning framework that organizes the children and teacher’s environment, daily routine, and interactions. The framework provides a consistent and secure daily experience that promises interesting things to do, attention by their teachers to their interests and needs, and a sense of control over themselves and their environment.
The experiences teachers plan for children foster independent thinking, initiative, and creativity. Young children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical capacities develop quickly when they can use materials and their imaginations freely in an environment that promotes investigation, decision-making, cooperation, persistence, and problem solving.
Placing God at the center of our educational philosophy allows us to see each child as a promise filled with God given potential. Therefore we seek to daily surround each child in a loving and caring environment as well as integrating basic biblical principles and values into the heart and mind of each child. Knowing that our ultimate aim is to see the children we serve contribute positively to the moral and social fabric of our society.

Rates
Full Time rates are based on a full week of care.
Part Time rates are based on 2-3 days and availability.
Full Time and Part Time rates are available upon request.

Please Note
A non-refundable fee of $30.00 per child will be collected at the time of registration.
Children At-Promise ELC is licensed by the PA Department of Public Welfare.
